Erika Valle Alvarado is a bilingual License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 14 years of experience working in intensive, community-based mental health programs. She is passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to the most vulnerable and underserved in our community. Erika provides individual, family, group therapy and crisis intervention services to children, adolescents and young adults between the ages 0-25. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specializes in the assessment and early intervention of psychosis-risk syndromes. Erika uses trauma-informed and evidenced-based treatments such as: CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT for Psychosis, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Art Therapy to help individual reduce stress, heal from trauma, and improve their quality of life. 

 

Erika is described as being kind, caring, and helpful. She is LGBTQ+ affirming and provides services in English and Spanish.
