Kristina Sanchez is a licensed psychotherapist who is committed to helping individuals and couples feel empowered, identify their strengths, and build a sense of self-compassion. Kristina brings her passion for healing in treatment by using only evidence-based practices. She enjoys supporting clients in better understanding how they experience joy and how they process their suffering.

Kristina is dedicated to working with clients who are healing from trauma, experiencing grief, and developing boundaries in relationships. She is motivated to help clients explore and navigate intersectional identities and understand how these identities impact the client’s life and relationships.

Kristina has extensive experience in supporting individuals in addressing relationship issues, Trauma, Depression, and Anxiety. She helps men and women by helping them overcome shame, exploring issues in relationships, and building self-esteem. Kristina identifies as a Latina and works with individuals that identify as BIPOC.  Kristina is an expert in trauma treatment and the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Gottman, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
