Full-Time LMFT/LCSW in the state of California for Hybrid position

Sandbox is a multidisciplinary and multi-lingual group of mental health professionals. Sandbox works with a diverse population of children, adults, and older adults. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. Client inquiries, screenings, scheduling, insurance credentialing, and paneling are handled by our Office staff.

What you will do:

• Practice individual, couples, or group psychotherapy

• Create your own schedule

• Full-time 30-34 hours/wk

  • 1 hour of paid chart time (weekly) at admin rate

  • 1-2 hours of clinical consultation hours​ (bi-weekly) 

  • 1 hour of monthly clinical meeting 

• Paid meetings

• Work independently completing intakes and notes

​

What you will NOT do:

• Marketing

• Billing

• Scheduling first intake appointments

• Calling insurances to verify benefits

• Organizing Client Care

• DMH paperwork

 

Our awesome office staff assists with marketing, billing of all kinds, scheduling your first appointment, and taking any messages. We also have staff that will help you get paneled with our insurance partners.

Benefits:

• $90K to $115K, depending on hours worked per week 

• Hourly is between $55-$65 based on experience (Psychologists $65-$70)

• If working with couples/families therapist is compensated 20% more of the hourly rate.
