Jeanette Clay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience and proficiency in working with diverse high-risk populations to overcome challenges arising from co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, panic attacks, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and difficulty achieving self-fulfillment.


Jeanette enjoys working with adults and older adults and provides the latest evidence-based therapeutic approaches to their treatment. Jeanette is trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and motivational interviewing. 


Jeanette uses a strengths-based, integrative approach to tailor therapy to each client, and loves to help adults and older adults see and express the strengths they often overlook in themselves. Her clients love her warmth, kindness, and ability to provide life-changing insight and skills.
