Chandni Joshi, LCSW is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping individuals overcome life's challenges with empathy, advocacy, and evidence-based care. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and her Master's in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University in 2018, with a focus on both clinical practice and community-based interventions.

Over the past seven years, Chandni has worked with children and families in the foster care and juvenile justice systems, individuals experiencing trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and families navigating serious medical illness and end-of-life care.

Her passion for mental health was inspired during a hospice placement in Kenya, where she gained a profound appreciation for the importance of culture, spirituality, and community in healing. This experience reinforced her commitment to empowering others with practical tools that foster self-awareness, resilience, emotional regulation, and lasting personal growth.

Chandni utilizes a trauma-informed and psychodynamic approach while integrating evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EFT, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Restructuring. She helps clients explore how past experiences influence the present, develop healthier coping strategies, and build the confidence to create meaningful change.

Chandni believes every individual has the capacity to heal, grow, and rediscover their strengths. Her goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their journey.
