Part-Time Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Sandbox works with a diverse population of children, adults, and older adults. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy. Client inquiries, screenings, scheduling, insurance credentialing, and paneling are handled by our office staff.

We are looking for independent, tech-savvy, motivated providers to join our group practice. Providers have the flexibility of setting their own schedules.

 

Remote or hybrid In-office position

• Create your own schedule

• Part-time Option A: 20-25 hours

• Part-time Option B: 16-20 hours

• Work independently completing intakes and notes

• Excellent learning experience

• Continuing education provided

Qualifications:

• CA AMFT

Compensation for Part-time Employees, please note this is a W2 position:

AMFT 

• Hourly is compensated starting $28-$35 based on experience

. Sandbox utilizes electronic record keeping, scheduling, claims, and billing. Our staff enjoys having a flexible schedule, providing weekday and weekend hours, based on clinician preference.

What you will NOT do:

• Marketing

• Billing

• Scheduling first intake appointments

• DMH paperwork

 

Our awesome office staff assists with marketing, billing of all kinds, scheduling your first appointment, and taking any messages.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Registered with the BBS in California

• Must have strong note-taking skills

• Must want to work with children and couples

• Second language a plus
