Breye Mata, LMFT enjoys working with children, teens, adults, and couples. She specializes in helping people find self-cohesion, authenticity, and building their personal power. She is trauma-informed and works with individuals from all walks of life.

Therapy with Breye is trauma-responsive, client-centered, and LGBTQIA2+ affirming. Her work as a therapist falls at the intersection of psychology, activism, mindfulness, and collective healing. As a Latina woman, she works with BIPOC individuals to apply their growth and assets despite adversity.

Breye has special training in IVF, infant loss, and maternal mental health. She is a compassionate therapist that helps support mothers and families grieving a loss.
