As a psychotherapist, mother, and comedian- Breye Mata, LMFT has vast experience working with the Entertainment industry as an entertainer and now supporting their mental health needs. Breye, is seasoned in working with teens, adults, and couples. She enjoys helping people find self-cohesion, authenticity, and building their personal power. Breye is trauma-informed and works with individuals from all walks of life using only evidence-based treatment approaches.

Therapy with Breye is trauma-responsive, client-centered, and LGBTQIA2+-affirming. Her work as a therapist falls at the intersection of psychology, activism, mindfulness, and collective healing. As a Spanish-speaking Latina woman, she works with BIPOC individuals to apply their growth and assets despite adversity.
