Spiritual Counseling
Jaime Allen, AMFT, is a compassionate and experienced Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena. She draws from psychodynamic therapy to help clients gain deeper self-understanding and emotional insight. Jaime is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), with a specialized focus on supporting women who have experienced trauma, including sexual abuse, rape, and domestic violence.

Creating a safe, affirming, and nurturing space is at the heart of Jaime’s work—especially for those who have never truly felt heard or supported. With over 20 years of experience in spiritual guidance and a rich background in metaphysics, she brings a holistic approach to healing that honors both emotional and spiritual well-being.

Jaime has also spent more than six years working closely with individuals affected by cancer, offering support not only to patients but also to their families, caregivers, and those grieving the loss of a loved one. She is proudly LGBTQ+ affirming and warmly welcomes clients from all walks of life.

Her passion for couples counseling shines through in her work helping partners navigate conflict, deepen connection, and rediscover joy in their relationships. She enjoys integrating creative approaches such as art therapy, play therapy, and dream journaling to help clients express themselves and explore new pathways to healing. Jaime also offers therapy sessions in French.
