Jessica helps individuals ages 18-100, and children and adolescents. She works from an evidence-based, blended approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior (DBT), and Solution Focused and Narrative approach. Her compassion, warmth, and creativity are at the core of her therapeutic interactions, enabling her to build strong, trusting relationships with her clients. Her commitment to understanding everyone’s unique journey aids in fostering emotional resilience. With a profound belief in the intrinsic connection between the mind and body, she employs a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on the entire well-being of her clients.
