Malak Elawamry, AMFT is an associate psychotherapist committed to helping individuals, couples, families, and children toward healing and growth. Malak has worked with her clients to navigate their own unique challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief & loss, relationship issues, and other issues impacting their overall well-being. Malak also has a specialty in working with couples.


Her therapeutic approach is rooted in the idea that genuine connection, authenticity, and warmth are the stepping stones toward personal transformation. She believes in fostering a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can express themselves. Malak uses evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment-based, and Client-centered approaches to assist her clients in feeling empowered to achieve their goals.
